Sue/Joe: First, a GIANT thank you to Joe and especially Dan for getting-out to the club on an emergency basis this morning. Dan is an exceptional employee...which I imagine you may already know. He was sitting in his truck when Joe called him at 6:10a. He was at work early because he "...figured we'd have problems with all this rain..". That act, coupled with Joe's action in getting him to our place quickly saved us perhaps thousands of dollars in electrical and hi-end fitness equipment damage. I'm going to make sure the boys get lunch on me today! JD. Thank you Magic Carpet!!!

We just had our carpets cleaned and the technician was friendly and courteous. He did a pre-clean walk through with me and i was able to point out a few areas that were soiled. He did a great job and I would highly recommend Magic Carpet's services.

We highly recommend Magic Carpet for water damage clean up. We had a flood in our basement and after we made the call to them, they were in our home in record time. They were very helpful and knowledgable about what we should do to prevent further damage. They had to remove sheetrock across the whole perimeter of our room and even remove our marble floor in our bathroom.
